Booking Policy
Group Size:
- Minimum: 12 guests
- Maximum: 20 guests
Price:
- ₹15,000 per person (inclusive of taxes)
What’s Included:
- A 12-course immersive dining experience
- Welcome drink on arrival
- Wine & beer served with the courses
(Any other drinks will be billed separately by Rosé Amer and paid after the event)
Payment Terms:
•Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
•A single point of contact must be designated for the group.
•Since this is a group booking, the entire amount must be paid in one lump sum by the designated contact.
(We will not accept payments from multiple individuals in the group.)
•A payment link will be shared with the designated contact once the date and guest count are finalized.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Rescheduling:
•If you cancel, you will receive full credit to use for a future date (subject to availability).
Refunds:
•More than 14 days before your event:
✅ Full credit for a future date
•7–14 days before your event:
✅ 50% refund + 50% credit for a future date
•Less than 7 days:
❌ No refund, but if we fill your spot, we’ll give partial credit
Transfer Option:
•If you can’t attend, you can transfer your booking to someone else—just let us know in advance.
Credit Validity:
•Credits must be used within 6 months from the original booking date.
